Staying at this hotel was a really terrible experience for me. We were a group of 20, many visiting Bengaluru for the first time. It was very embarrassing for me in front of my friends. The rooms were tiny, had a bad smell, and were full of mosquitoes, making us worry about getting Dengue or malaria. The bathrooms had many problems; the water flow was so slow it took about half an hour to fill a bucket. We stayed in a service apartment with 8 people, and it took over 3 hours for everyone to get ready. After every two people showered, the bathroom drain clogged, and we had to call reception, which was very frustrating. The only positive was that the reception staff responded well to calls during booking or for any services.
