My stay at Sun Service Apartment was truly fantastic. From arrival to departure, everything went beyond what I expected. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a friendly demeanor. The rooms were spotless, roomy, well-kept, and tastefully decorated. The bed was very cozy, the bathroom immaculate, and all promised amenities were available. The whole property was clean, hygienic, and had a calm ambiance that made my stay very pleasant and relaxing. The location is another strong point—convenient, easy to reach, and near restaurants, shops, and other necessities. Whether traveling for work, family, or leisure, this apartment is a great option. What stood out most was the careful attention to detail and excellent customer service. Every request was promptly addressed with a smile, making the experience feel like a home away from home. The service quality, cleanliness, comfort, and overall experience surpassed my expectations. Given all they offer, it represents excellent value for money. Terrible experience. The sheets provided were filthy. I found a blue bedsheet under the bed stained with vomit or something worse, which was really disgusting. The towels were in poor condition too. I don't know what kind of service apartment this is; it didn't even have a gas cylinder. The upkeep is awful. Since you claim it's "very well" maintained, try staying in that room for a night and see how you feel. I'm sure you'll start itching as well. There was trash in the parking lot, which I believe is the source of the cockroaches.

Service was very bad, maintenance was lacking, sheets were old, and there was no pest control; insects like cockroaches and bed bugs were crawling on us at night. The kitchen had no gas cylinder and the utensils were not properly cleaned. Neighbors made a lot of noise, so it's not suitable for families seeking peace. The three of us in the room started itching all over and still are even as I write this. Bugs were present in dark areas without sunlight. Overall, it was the worst experience and I would never return.
