Room was not clean, there were many bugs near the bed and in cupboard. There was no soap and towel, i had to ask for it. Moreover, toilet seat was broken and there was no hot water. Only good thing was that it was in an isolated place where it was very peaceful.

Terrible Hotel Experience

This was by far the worst accommodation I have ever experienced, and Agoda should be ashamed to even list this property. The room was filthy, unhygienic, and downright dangerous to health.Cockroaches, ants, and even bed bugs were crawling all over the bed, cabinets, and floor.The sheets were clearly used and unwashed—stained, smelly, and sticky. When I asked for clean linens, the staff shrugged and said, “it is what it is.”Pillows were stained and disgusting.The entire property was in an appalling state of neglect with zero regard for guest safety or basic hygiene.I had no choice but to cut my stay short because remaining there was a serious health hazard. This wasn’t just disappointing—it was fraudulent misrepresentation of what Agoda shows online versus the nightmare that exists in reality.Agoda needs to immediately delist this property and refund guests who’ve been tricked into booking it. Until then, I strongly urge anyone considering this place: do not risk your health or your money. Stay far, far away.
