I booked through Agoda, no contact details were shared by Agoda, neither hotel contacted us through WhatsApp, text, mail, phone. It took two hours to reach the hotel. Even after booking in advance, room which were allotted are too small, bed fixed b/w three walls, not a single inch space, cleaning zero, very bad odour from the balnket, red ant on the mattresses. No kitchen available in hotel, bed decision to stay there.
