The Altruist Bellandur Hotel

I have stayed at The Altruist many times and always prefer due to its location - close to IT parks in Bellandur. The management needs to spend on fixing of electrical and bathroom fittings due to the wear and tear. For example.- the button for 3rd floor does not work in elevator and this has not been fixed in past 3+ months. The staff is helpful but needs to be trained. If given proper attention to upkeep of this service apartment then it will stand out. Hope the management will give attention to this.

I have frequently stayed at The Altruist and always choose it because of its convenient location near IT parks in Bellandur. However, the management should invest in repairing electrical and bathroom fixtures that have deteriorated over time. For instance, the elevator button for the 3rd floor has been broken for over three months and remains unrepaired. The staff is friendly but could benefit from additional training. With proper maintenance, this service apartment could truly excel. I hope the management addresses these issues soon.

Honestly the rooms is excellent. Its a 1 BHk. Very spacious and nice. AC was good. Clean sheets etc. However Bathroom is in worst condition. There was no pressure in taps n jet in morning. Everything is broken. The Basin tap, the small towel hanger, the hanger behind the door, the shower button does not work. U need to hold it constantly for shower to work. The basin soap dispenser was not working. Pls get all this repaired in room 404.Also breakfast spread was very minimal. Only Idli, cornflakes and bread. No Juice, not even an omlette. They asked to have boiled egg. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7.30 but nothing was ready even at 8.30 am. Overall average stay.

The room is decent, but the service is not good considering the room charges.The washroom was missing basic items like a toothbrush and toothpaste. Even after informing the staff, they did not provide them.The flush and jet spray were not working properly, and the jet spray was also leaking.

The room itself is excellent, a spacious and nice 1 BHK with good AC and clean sheets. However, the bathroom is in very poor condition. There was no water pressure in the taps and shower in the morning, and many things were broken: the basin tap, small towel hanger, hanger behind the door, and the shower button which needs to be held constantly to work. The basin soap dispenser was also not functioning. Please fix these issues in room 404. The breakfast was very limited, offering only idli, cornflakes, and bread, with no juice or omelette. They suggested having a boiled egg instead. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30 but nothing was ready even by 8:30 am. Overall, it was an average stay.
