The older staff member I dealt with was rather rude and not helpful. Also, the hotel imposes an additional fee if another individual enters the room, even though only one guest is registered, and this rule was not mentioned at check-in. The fee was added to the bill after checkout, which was surprising and not clearly disclosed.

Very pathetic experience the manager don’t know how to speak with the customers. The hotel has a very bad vibe. Didn’t expected this.
