Business • India • Aug 2026I had 4 nights stay. When I checked in, there were lots of horse fly and mosquitoes . I complained, housekeeping staff said they stop doing pest control regularly with some other company so now she will do it. She told us to stay out of room for 5-6 hours our 1st day. Same thing happened on 2nd day, she told that she will do again pest control and we were all time out of room. Second night I was bitten badly by these horse fly and my hand was swollen. I complained to Housekeeping manager Khalid. He was very rude and misbehaved with us. He said that there are lots of other 5 star hotels, go and stay there. Third day I complained to General ManagerFaiz, he said he will look into it, consider and compensate.Me and my daughter stayed there for four nights. Three of those days were a nightmare since we were not able to stay or use the room properly as the cleaner would tell us not to come for a 5-6 hours to put pest control. The third day my daughter could not use the bathroom for 11am-6pm because of their mismanagement. The last time we spoke to GM and he said he would consider and compensate for his mistake but he didn’t. and we were only been moved to another room on 3rd night but that is not compensation nor a solution.
