I hope this review help other visitors also.I had done lots of research for the hotel around paharganj and then only I have booked it. I had booked Suites with Bathtub (including breakfast) for ***.Pros: - Location is very good and nearby new delhi railway station. You can get e-rickshaw for INR 10-20 that will drop you in front of hotel, dont book cabs n all just exit the railway station fully and get left turn from there it is available. The area could be little bit crowded since it is on main road not too much inside the narrow lanes like other paharganj hotels.- Staffs behaviour and welcoming is very good and nice. Very cooperative.- Amenities are good. Room service is very nice.- Chinese items are ok. Main course indian meals are good. Breakfast was also good (10+ items buffet)- They allowed to leave the luggage in the hotel for a short visit at the nearby places.- Very cleans and hygienic. Very well maintained property. - TV quality was very good.- Mini fridge is there so you can keep some stuffs.- They provided Iron when requested so you can get it. Just reach out to reception.- Dental kit and shaving kit was provided. No separate bottled shampoo or body wash (pre installed dispenser are there for it)Cons:- Avoid getting room on 4th floor since some construction are going on and you might get irritated by continuous noise.- For food and beverages, you have to carry some cash since card payments are not accepted.- If you are female avoid going outside beyond 10-11pm- Bathroom has bathtub but doesn’t have separate shower area so you have to stand or sit in bathtub to take a shower.Verdict: Based on my experience I will recommend this hotel because it is one of the best in the area. Very good property.
The stay was comfortable, aminities are good, check-in was smooth, breakfast was sufficient, their kitchen runs 24 x 7, which is good for travellers arriving later in the night, we ordered in room dining -chicken curry which was excellent , overall value for money, however they can improve on the services, the waiter was slow , also they had put someone else's order in our bill, which we later got rectifies, also he didn't bother to clear the food an plates himself that was left after the in room dining
Property is new but it is located at busy road of Paharganj. Ola, Uber, Rapido cancel the trip after getting information of destination location. I had the trouble of reaching this Hotel from Delhi Airport. Traffic jam near New Delhi railway station for 40/45 minutes can’t be avoided on any day. Executive Premium Room is not having single window. Very difficult to save life in case of fire mishap. Check out time is 10-30 am. Breakfast menu is moderate. They have mentioned 10% service charge extra as compulsory in room menu card although the same is gratuitous. It is good for the guests for catching train from New Delhi Railway station but others should check for better options.
