This was the first hotel I stayed at in India, and I had such a wonderful experience! The room was very spacious and looked exactly like the photos. The bathroom was also huge, and all the facilities were excellent and very clean.The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. When I first arrived, I was feeling a little carsick, so one of the staff members kindly took me straight to my room to rest before allowing me to complete the check-in process at my own pace. Such a thoughtful and gentlemanly gesture!The breakfast was also delicious! Although it wasn't as luxurious as some other hotels, there was a great variety of food, and the menu changed every day. And of course, they had my favorite Indian milk tea, chai! ❤️The only downside is that the hotel isn't very tall and is located right next to the road, so traffic and car horns can be heard quite clearly. Personally, it didn't bother me at all, but it's something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to noise.Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
Stayed for a conference, it was very comfertable, specially very clean place for stay and location is also so convenient for travelers of any kind.
2 days before checkin i informed their team by calling i would like to stay for extension till 4PM, i was ready to pay too. and they agreeed over call. Later after checking they denied it, they made me request multiple time. i was ready to pay, i am requesting them to extend as i have no place to go, and there checkout time is 10AM. usually check in time of hotels should be 12PM, but this is bit different, but still fine. i have intimated them that i need extension and ready to pay amout and they agreed. later after checkin they changed their words. and tell me to checkout by 10AM.i requested them like anytime, at that time. they are denied. I hate that.
