My stay at Hotel Delhi Dreams was wonderful. The hotel matched the photos perfectly—spotless, cozy, and very well kept. Traveling with three other women, we felt completely secure the entire time. The hotel arranged our airport transfer, making our departure hassle-free. They also generously provided early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, which we greatly valued. The restaurant served tasty food at fair prices. Whenever we went out, the security team helped us bargain with tuk-tuk drivers since we didn’t speak the local language, making it much easier to get around Delhi. Every staff member was warm, friendly, and always eager to assist with a smile. Their kindness made our trip unforgettable. I have no complaints at all. If possible, I’d rate the staff’s service 100 out of 10. I highly recommend Hotel Delhi Dreams, especially for solo female travelers or groups of women seeking a safe, clean, and welcoming place in Delhi.

Nice hotel located in the heart of Delhi, just a 10-minute walk from Delhi railway station. Aravind at the reception assisted us with booking an airport drop and provided helpful advice on places to visit in and around Delhi.

I give 1 star to the receptionist! He was not paying attention and ignored my requests. His attitude felt rude and disrespectful, which made the whole experience quite bad. The hotel needs to improve customer service and professionalism. I really wanted to stay here but decided not to.
