I paid around 5,000 for one night, and honestly, the stay was not worth the price.The room was extremely small compared to the large-room images shown while booking. Most of the facilities shown/listed were either not provided or were not up to the expected standard. The property information was also misleading—almost all the nearby landmarks and locations were shown with incorrect distances. Apart from Mumbai Central, practically everything was much farther than what was mentioned.Check-in was another issue. I had already informed the property about my arrival in advance, yet I had to wait until around 12:30 PM, despite the stated check-in time being 12 PM. I was told that previous guests had checked out late, but that should not be the customer’s responsibility, especially when the arrival has already been communicated.The only positive point was the staff. They were cooperative, polite and helpful, and I have no complaints about their behaviour.However, considering the 5,000 price, the room size, facilities, misleading property information and delayed check-in made the overall experience disappointing. I would not consider this value for money.
The hotel looks so shady as u walk in ... we booked it and paid ... but it looked so shady that after seeing the rooms we took another hotel.
The stay was decent and safe for women. I was staying all alone and the staff made sure of my comfort.
