stayed at this hotel for two nights, and it was quite a disappointing experience. The TV in my room was not working throughout the stay, and the washroom window glass was broken, which felt unsafe. Despite informing the reception twice and requesting drinking water, it was delivered after almost an hour.I had booked a king-sized bed room, but they gave me a twin bed room instead, even after mentioning it during check-in. The washroom was not properly cleaned and had a constant unpleasant smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the service and maintenance were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel until they improve their housekeeping and guest support services.

My experience here has been very disappointing.The rooms smell bad, and despite informing the team, nothing was done to fix it. They ask guests to hand over their personal items for ’room cleaning’ or ’maintenance,’ but when you ask for them back, the staff starts giving lame excuses.Some of their own employees casually throw guests’ belongings, and items get easily stolen because of extremely poor management and zero accountability.Overall, the service is unprofessional, the staff is careless, and the management is nowhere near what a decent hotel should offer. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

However, the experience was marred by poor service, lack of customer care, and utter disregard for guest satisfaction.The food quality was subpar, kitchen hygiene questionable, and safety was a concern. The management's behavior was uncooperative, and the staff seemed unresponsive. Water wastage was alarming, reflecting poorly on the hotel's environmental responsibility.The cleanliness and maintenance of rooms, bath towels, and amenities were below par. Despite paying as per hotel rules, I was not treated with the respect and humility a customer deserves. Ajay Bhai, who was sitting in the reception, behaved rudely and when I asked for two rooms, he flatly refused saying if you don't want to give me a room then why have you opened the hotel. He was very rude and behaved rudely. I will never stay in this hotel again. I have stayed in this hotel almost ten times and now this is my last time.

The room condition was good but the pillows were very dirty and not clean. The jet shower and pressure gun in the bathroom were not working but were repaired after complaining. Hotel Room View Is Very Bad. The secure locker was also broken. Overall the bed condition was bad. Towels were changed after asking twice. No preparations are made by the staff before the guest comes to the room on time. Television is Also Not Working Because Recharge is Not Done. They serve everything after asking but I did not get the service and experience as per my expectations. Request the management to review all the negative feedback. Will not visit again.
