Worst Service. Don't come to this hotel. Staff and management is not at all cooporeative, takes too much time for small and small service requirements. Nobody has clarity how to provide service. They don't even ask for permission to clean the room. Their doors are out of order. They can't provide the room on time for checking.

During my stay at St Lauren Pune, I was impressed by the exceptional value and service provided by the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The hotel also offered great value for the price, making it a highly recommended option for anyone visiting Pune. Overall, my experience at St Lauren Pune was excellent and I look forward to staying there again in the future.

I booked an Executive Superior room at St Laurn ’ Koregaon Park, Pune for a two-day stay. The room was very good’spacious, luxurious, and comfortable. The staff was courteous, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The food quality was also excellent, with good variety and taste. The hotel’s location is convenient and easily accessible. Overall, my experience with the hotel and food was very good, and I would recommend this property for a comfortable stay.

It is a very nice hotel and quite a value-for-money option. They provide early check-in services at a minimal cost, which is a great plus. The breakfast was decent, and the complimentary tea service was especially nice. The only aspect that could be improved is the rooms, as they were a bit of a letdown. Still, overall, it was a very pleasant stayOverall considering everything I would rate it 4.5/5

My experience at St. Laurn was simply amazing. I am a wheelchair user and I was really impressed by their service. As soon as our car stopped, the guard and some other support staff immediately came to help me out. Everybody was very helpful and kind. Every time I would come down from our floor, someone or the other would run to help us. I don't think I have seen this kind of service anywhere wherever I have travelled.The rooms are also very spacious and clean. I could easily move around on a wheelchair.The restaurant is amazing too. The service was quick and the taste of the food was really good. The aura of the restaurant is also nice. The only thing that I noticed was the high price of a Roti - Rs. 100 per Roti is too expensive. The thing that surprised me more was that everything else in the menu is reasonably priced for this kind of hotel. I'd think the ideal price here should be somewhere around Rs. 50 per Roti. I travelled to Lonavala too, and it was an expensive resort, but even there the price for a Roti was somewhere between Rs. 40 - 50.The hotel is fully wheelchair accessible since it has a lift that takes you up to the top floor where there is a swimming pool. However, the washrooms are slightly tight for anyone on a wheelchair. I'd advise the hotel management to modify a couple of rooms so that there is no glass that separates the toilet and the bathing area. If someone tells you they are on a wheelchair, you can give them these rooms and they will be super delighted. I have experienced this delight in Lonavala, and I can tell you how much this can mean for someone if they find it unexpectedly.Considering the price-point of this hotel, I think it's a great value for money.Overall 5/5 stars - I'd highly recommend this hotel to everyone who is planning to go to Pune.
