The property felt outdated, and the price charged did not match the quality or value offered. Overall, it was not worth the amount paid
Location very good and we'll connected with the tourist and important places in the city. It also has metro station at the walkable distance.Indian food is good but American breakfast or continental breakfast was waste of money since they served only 2 slices of bread and indian style omlet with tea and instead of serving grill tomato they served diced tomatos.Rooms has nice views. AC in good but hot water temperature is good only in the mornings and if you want to take a bath in the night water gets cold before bathtub is completely filled.Room material is weathered and some of the glasses were broken. Curtains had lot of stains and same with the corner chair.Customer service is great staff security reception and kitchen staff are very professional. Kind and helpfull.

Solo Traveller • Feb 2026Extremely disappointing stay. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing like what was promised. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. Basic amenities were missing or not working, and hygiene standards were unacceptable. Noise, mismanagement, and lack of service made the stay stressful instead of comfortable. This hotel clearly does not care about guest experience. Absolutely not worth the money. Would never recommend this place to anyone.Third class serviceThird class property
