There is not one single good thing about this hotel.Worst location (45 km away from Mahabaleshwar)Worst view (lake but no water there)Worst pool (green dirty water full of mosquito)Worst food (full of cockroaches)Worst connectivity (no network and no WiFi)Worst electricity (frequent power cuts)Worst rooms (small, unclean, smelly)Worst AC too noisy)This hotel is a scam with good photos. Sleep on road but don’t book this and burn your money.

Worst resort to stay Nothing is in place, no cleaning, non of the facilities are working , dirty swimming pool, rooms are so small ,dirty washrooms, water to use was not clean , street dogs and cats are roaming around. Even the owner is also not accepting the things. Booked for 2 days but We checked out in a day.

The room ( Room C1) was damp and dampness smell persisted. When requested to change the room the staff denied and sprayed room freshner and hung odonil pouch, secondly I paid Rs. 1000.00 for extra COT- but they provided a mattress . There is a difference between COT and Mattress. If I was informed beforehand that No COT will be given, I would not have booked this Hotel. Lastly, the most annoying was food quality. We ordered Jeera Rice and Chicken Curry. It was horrible. Rice half cooked, chicken pieces were the size of human little finger( 4-5 pieces only), Very bad experiece, but had to take food as no other option. When I had gone to make payment, staff demanded cash payment, told them I will make online G-Pay, then they demanded extra amount for GST. There also they gave 2 options: if paid in their personal QR Code then GST @9%,If paid in their Hotel QR Code then GST@18%.I Opted to pay in their personal QR Code with GST@9% And requested GST Bill, they said they cannot give GST Bill and asked me to pay and the amount. I kept on requesting to provide GST Bill, but they didnot and finally I paid the amount with GST@9% And without wasting my time left for Mahabaleshwar. Never ever I will go this NIHAL RESORT and will NOT recomend any one (Friends, colleagues, family members, customers, neighbours.I will mention this- my wife got stuck in washroom as from all the taps including the Jet Spray - HOT WATER Kept on flowing till 30 mins, inspite of complaining the staff took their own sweet time to respond and we showed them that SMOKE Was emanating from the DB Box and the wires and anytime the wires can catch fire. They then switched off the main MCCBs/ Breakers.Location is good but rest pathetic
