The rooms look nothing like shown. The linen was not clean. It didn't look like an accomodation youd pay 4500 for. More like a 1500-2000 room. Not at all worth the money. No ambience no cleanliness extremely. Very poorly maintained.

This hotel experience was one of the most disappointing and unacceptable I have ever encountered. The rooms looked nothing like the photos online, which suggested a clean and well-kept place, but the reality was very different. The condition of the rooms was misleading and much worse than what was shown when I booked. The first room I was given was in terrible shape, and every other room offered was just as bad. This was a problem throughout the hotel, not just one room. Every room had a strong unpleasant smell, and the bathrooms smelled bad too. There were clear signs of termite damage and broken wooden fixtures in all rooms, peeling paint, damp walls, poor upkeep, and unsanitary conditions everywhere. One room had water leaking from the air conditioner, another had hair on the bathroom floor, showing that basic cleaning was not done. The bed was noisy, the sink was loose and unstable, and overall, the rooms were unacceptable. I stayed less than an hour before deciding to leave because the bad smell and dirty conditions gave me a headache and nausea. It was impossible to stay there. The staff's attitude made things worse. When I told the receptionist I couldn't stay, I was told, "Do whatever you want. Your booking is non-refundable." They did nothing to help or show concern, dismissing my complaint. This disrespect and lack of professionalism is unacceptable in hospitality. The hotel's condition raises serious health and safety concerns. The smell, termite damage, poor hygiene, water leaks, and lack of maintenance make it unsuitable for guests. No one should have to stay in such conditions. I believe the hotel should be closed temporarily for inspection, pest control, repairs, and to meet basic hygiene and safety standards. Guests should not face health risks. The receptionist's rude and dismissive behavior is also unacceptable. Staff who treat guests this way should not work in customer service. Proper discipline and training are needed to prevent this treatment of guests. I had to leave immediately and request a full refund. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel until these serious problems are fixed. It does not meet even the minimum standards expected of a hotel.

The property shows its age a lot. The 1st floor rooms get the smell of cooking oil in the morning during the breakfast prep time. The property is not maintained as per the pictures. The pictures make the property look more luxurious than it is. The only advantage of the property is the Blue Tokai Cafe located on the ground floor.

Good overall stay with accommodating staff. The location was convenient for commuting.

The stay was wonderful and the staff were very cooperative. An excellent experience 👍
