I booked this hotel through OYO based on their recommendation. During booking, I was informed that early check-in was available for an additional 30%, which I paid. My booking was confirmed from 6 AM to the next day 11 AM.However, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff had no information about my early check-in or the extra payment. They also said no AC rooms were available. After contacting OYO customer support, they told me I could temporarily use a non-AC room and would be moved to an AC room at the regular check-in time.Even after waiting, the reception staff still had no update and said AC rooms might only be available in the evening if someone checked out. This shows a complete lack of coordination between OYO and the hotel.Additionally, the room and washroom were not clean, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.Overall, this was a very disappointing experience due to poor communication, unfulfilled promises, and lack of cleanliness. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you are relying on OYO’s booking assurances.

I wish I could give them -5 stars for poor service, poor rooms, I have nothing to say positive about them. Worst experience ever. I couldn't even stay for 5 minutes as soon as I checked in. I had to checkout and booked another hotel immediately.

Worst experience.Ac was not working. Linen were dirty and stinking.Bathroom wasn't clean and broken drainages, basin etc.No pressure for tap water & shower as well.Totally unpleasant stay.

The worst hotel that I have ever seen. The rooms are completely dirt. Nothing you will find to be cleaned. Full of rats. In the middle of the night you will hear different sounds coming from rats. Though they mention complimentary breakfast, you will get nothing. On the top of that it is OYO branded. Never go for OYO hotels. By default they are known for their unhygienic standards.

No wifi, no water in the morning, no clean room and bathroom.Do not book without checking room here. Strictly no for booking online as there is no refund if you book.Location is ok, only plus point of location is metro station.
