Excellent hotel with outstanding service. The rooms are spotless and the staff is very courteous.

The stay was pleasant, and the reception staff were very helpful. All services were good, making for a comfortable stay.

The only thing good for this hotel is just its location .Book a balcony room First of all not allowing me a balcony room at a time of check in Saying not avilable I waited at reception for almost half an hour It was raining heavy ,full water was coming inside a room through balcony .No tea coffe sasche were avilable in the room I asked they give me but for almost 10 calls I asked for the blank cups for the tea gave me after 20 calls The kettle was very dirty So I would recommend just due to the hotel location .

We came from Gujarat and had booked a room, which was assigned as room 406 on the fourth floor. We called reception to report that the TV in our room wasn't working because the recharge payment hadn't been done. A service person came to check the Dish TV and told us it would start working after some time. An hour passed, but the TV still didn't work. We called reception again, and they said the recharge was done. If the recharge was done, why wasn't the TV working? They changed our set-top box, but there was no recharge on that either. I called again and asked them to either recharge or change our room, but no solution was provided. We had a very bad experience at this hotel and eventually booked a room at another hotel. We lost Rs1600/- because of this; who will bear this loss? 😡😡😡
