Poor maintenance, difficult access and unresponsive staff
Guest as saying
It was bit disappointing and we did not get the feel of a hotel. Location is very interior with minimal facilities inhouse- no operational restaurant, no hot water facility, no housekeeping and just two northeast boys are managing the entire property. We had a miserable experience on the second night with some party going on in the open area with lot of screaming and shouting all through the night till around 3am. This is not meant to be a place for family stay at all.
