Townhouse Oak Vinobapuri Metro Station

Absolutely terrible experience at Palette South Delhi booked via OYO.I specifically booked this property because the listing showed a bathtub, but the first room allotted to us was filthy on arrival. We literally had to leave the room and wait outside while they cleaned it AFTER check in.Later at night when we tried using the bathtub, there was no water supply. Reception then casually informed us that the bathtub ’doesn’t work.’ So the hotel knowingly advertises facilities that are non functional.It got worse, even the wash basin tap had no water. At midnight we had to demand a room change, and the staff took almost an hour just to arrange another room because they couldn’t find the keys.In the end, I never even got what I paid for and had to settle for a normal room instead of the bathtub room I specifically booked.To top it all off, nobody informed us about checkout timing properly, and later they charged us an extra ’600. They also charged separately for drinking water bottles, which should be complementary, without informing us beforehand.Dirty rooms, non functional amenities, terrible management, poor communication, and misleading listings. Completely ruined the stay experience. Avoid this place if you value your money and peace of mind.

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. There was a serious water problem throughout my stay, which made even basic activities difficult. Additionally, there was no room attendant available when needed, showing a clear lack of service and management.Cleanliness was another major issue ’ the rooms and surroundings were not properly maintained, making the stay uncomfortable and unhygienic.Overall, it was a complete waste of money. I would strongly suggest that tourists avoid this place and look for better alternatives.

The room doesn't match the photos’it's decent but lacks that polished look. Cleanliness is manageable, nothing exceptional. At ’2500 per night, the absence of complimentary breakfast feels like a rip-off, especially given the prime location driving up the price. This seems more like a ’1500/night spot overall. Fine for a quick stay, but look around for better value.

Anything above a 2 star review must be fake or paid. Worst place I have ever stayed in by a large margin. There was trash on the bedroom floor on arrival, neither the tap or shower worked, bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. There is no working wifi from the room. Staff were exceptionally rude and assumed that my female friend was a prostitute and wouldn't let her in as well as being rude to her. All I can say is thank the Lord I was just passing by and wasn't subjected to spending a night there. -1 star
