Treebo Blu Orchid

My recent stay for 3 nights at the Treebo Blu Orchid in Indiranagar was a series of unfortunate events that made for a deeply unsatisfactory experience. While a couple of redeeming factors exist, they are completely overshadowed by significant failures in service and cleanliness.The few positives:The hotel's location is genuinely good, being conveniently close to the metro station. The room itself was spacious, featured good ventilation, and had a small veranda for fresh air. The front desk staff were helpful when interacted with, and the internet connection was stable.The Major Issues and Bad Experiences:1. The "Included" Breakfast:If you book here based on the promise of an included breakfast, lower your expectations drastically. The so-called buffet area was severely lacking. There were only two or three basic food items, and the area was completely unattended. It was a miserable setup that barely qualifies as breakfast service, let alone a buffet.2. Complete Laundry Fiasco:This was perhaps the most disorganized part of the stay. I submitted laundry late on Tuesday night, expecting it back on Wednesday. When I inquired, their reaction and body language made it obvious they had completely forgotten about the request. I was then told it would be delivered on Thursday. Since I was checking out Thursday, I instructed them to cancel the service. In a baffling display of poor communication, they decided to rush the laundry and delivered it right before checkout anyway. This whole incident felt like a panicked attempt to cover up a mistake rather than providing professional service.3. Ignored Room Cleaning:On Wednesday morning, I specifically turned on the "Clean Room" indicator light before leaving. Upon returning at 9:00 PM, the light was still on, and, as expected, the room had not been serviced or cleaned at all. This lack of basic housekeeping is unacceptable for any hotel.4. General Cleanliness:To sum up the general state of cleanliness: you must significantly lower your expectations. Beyond the housekeeping failure, the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the common areas and the room left much to be desired.Verdict:I absolutely do not recommend staying at Treebo Blu Orchid, unless you have absolutely no other choice. For a far better experience and reliability, I strongly suggest looking at options like the *** properties nearby. This stay was marked by poor service delivery and a lack of attention to basic guest needs.

Stayed just for a night. Room was neat and tidy. Reception guy was friendly. Only complementary breakfast available, hadn't have breakfast as i left early.
