1) Rude and mannerless staff at reception.2) Check in took 40+ mins3) Gave us smoking rooms that were stinking bad. Was pushed to take same smoking rooms for my kids as well and one of them is a minor.4) Only Restaurant service is good. Especially help by Basu da.5) Substandard room cleaning done6) Switches not working, plugs loose and damaged.7) No fridge in the rooms. One room had fridge but wasn't working.Overall second time pathetic experience. Location is the only good point.But looks like I'm done with them for sometime until they pull up their socks. #Treebo #HotelRanjeetPune

This hotel is absolutely the best, it is super hotel here, our super waiter is there, our charges are also less, I really liked staying in this hotel, we were given good service here, thank you so much.

After checking in we found the room clean and tidy.The only problem we encountered was faulty TV and upon checking with the staff they changed the TV and placed a working one.We really got good service from the staff and rooms were really nice. It was looking like a properly maintained property and it was true.

Unhygienic rooms ,cockroaches scrolling on bed and fungus on walls along with water dripping from ceiling even body wash smells awful Worst hotel ever not safe for females

Hi rooms are ok kept without any maintenance ,toilets are not cleaned .dining space is pathetic with most unhygenically prepared food in a very untidy kitchen on the terrace of that building
