The stay was horrifying the first day we stayed there was leakage in the room everywhere cracks on the walls the toilet condition was so bad and dirty and so many insects and cockroaches, I literally had to purchase a repellent spray to kill all the roaches, they were even in the kettle as well, couldnt use the washroom and could barely sleep comfortably, the second day there happened to be a wedding in the same hotel and the guests were staying in the connected room to us(the room we got after complaining) and they were creating too much noise and they did not let us sleep 2 more nights with all this drama sounds and then on the 3rd day the water isnt coming hot in the shower its rather coming really cold in the beginning for 10 mins and then suddenly scalding hot and when we asked with the receptionist they said that a guest got burned with the water so they turned it off and even when we asked if there is a vacancy of the room on the 1st day they said the hotel is fully booked, so technically we had to sleep in the bed with roaches and we even told them that this was a pre booked room not a walk in like how can we or any other guest get that room horrible horrible experience please pay more for your comfort and stay somewhere else better than this
