Highly Disappointing Stay
2.0
Avoid booking this hotel through any online platform. They take payment online, but when you arrive, the staff claims all rooms are booked. If you complain on booking.com, the hotel staff denies your presence and insists your room was reserved. The whole Fab Hotel Chain, including this location, seems fraudulent. There are also safety concerns. The staff are rude and behave poorly. Hygiene and cleanliness are lacking, with stained walls, bedsheets, and pillows.

Terrible service. Had problems with room allocation and payment. Staff were very unfriendly. They kept my money and wouldn't provide a room despite payment through FabHotels. Worst hotel, do not book this place.

Avoid booking any hotel in Pune through FAB Hotels. This is the worst hotel across India. Moreover, the FAB Hotels team refuses to refund or cancel your reservations. It's better to stay outside than choose this hotel. Truly terrible.
