VRR Astoria Hotel & Convention Centre

We stayed here with family for two nights and had a disappointing experience. The service was the worst aspect. We had included breakfast with our booking, but the choices were very limited. The servers seemed inexperienced; I had to repeat my order three times. When they asked a fourth time, I told them to just drop it. There was no drinking water in the room. I called reception several times and waited an hour to receive water bottles. I also asked for plates to eat dinner in the room, but after waiting an hour and getting frustrated, I went to the restaurant to get them myself. Although there is a pool, it is located on a separate plot nearby. To use the pool, you must leave the hotel grounds and walk a short distance.

The restaurant offers terrible food and poor service. They completely lack basic communication skills. The food was old and unappetizing.

Worst experience of holi event ever. They organised a holi event called Novaland, which gone very worst. No proper management, high priced food and beverages. A single mineral water bottle 500ml is 60rs which mrp is 10. They said they’ll provide unlimited colors, but they won’t. I recommend dont ever visit VRR for any event. Worst management ever.
