Unsafe Family Stay

I stayed with my family and had a very unpleasant experience. The children in the villas connected to the rooms were very rude and verbally abused me and my husband at the football ground. Later, their parents came and claimed the place as theirs, telling us who had booked to leave and asking their children to stay. Although I booked for two days, after this strange incident, we felt very unsafe staying there. They surrounded my family at the football ground and spoke to us using abusive language. I advise everyone not to visit such a place where you pay money but face humiliation. I chose this place because my son loves football, but now, after being surrounded, threatened, and insulted with bad language and told we were cheap people who booked for one day and should leave, I regret it. The hotel management remained silent and did not resolve the issue, allowing those people to say whatever they wanted to us. This is a very bad place with bad people and a terrible place to stay.
