Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel. The room was stinky when we entered, it was not ready and we had to ask for a room spray and several basic amenities were missing, including drinking water, a kettle, bath mat, bedroom slippers, and even toilet paper. The curtains and bath towel were dirty, and the shampoo bottles were empty.Although the staff were polite, we had to ask for almost every basic facility, which should have been provided in the room without having to request them repeatedly.To make matters worse, we were overcharged for the spa service, and additional charges for an extra bed were added as well, which was already included at the time of booking.Overall, the lack of cleanliness, missing basic amenities, poor room preparation, and unexpected additional charges made this a very unpleasant stay. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend this hotel.

The service was not good. Cleanliness was average. The ceiling of the bathroom was leaking just above the commode. Parking facility was worse, since we had to leave early our vehicle was stuck due to which we got late for check out.The breakfast was average and the dining was somewhat not cleaned for the day,Hope the management shall make improvement.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences despite paying over 4,000 per night.The rooms are old, poorly maintained, dirty, and have a persistent unpleasant smell. A strong cigarette smoke odor continuously enters the room through the bathroom. There is no air conditioner or ceiling fan in the room—you have to request a pedestal fan separately.Although the rooms are stuffy, you cannot keep the windows open because monkeys are constantly roaming outside.Mobile network reception inside the hotel is very poor, and the hotel Wi-Fi is extremely slow, comparable to a 2G connection. The room includes a TV with a Tata Sky connection, but it had no active balance. Even after complaining three times, the issue was never resolved.Housekeeping is also disappointing. Rooms are not cleaned regularly, and used towels are not replaced unless you specifically request them. Even then, it takes nearly an hour for someone to respond.The lift was also unreliable and stopped working at times, forcing my elderly mother to climb three flights of stairs.Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and certainly not worth paying over 4,000 per night. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to its maintenance, housekeeping, and guest services.
