Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay at any of our hostels, with or without guardians. The property is not suitable for family stay.
In the event of an unpaid reservation, kindly contact the property within 24 hours of creating your booking to complete a 100% pre-payment. Failure to do so will result in an irreversible cancellation of your booking from our end.
Our standard check-in time is 01:00 PM, and the standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge to be paid directly to the property.
The property does not provide luggage assistance or room services.
The property reserves the right to admission.
The property strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 8 people. In case of a group of 4 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behavior is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Management, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.
To ensure the safety and security of our guests and staffs, guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus.
Usage of drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property.
We only accept a government-issued ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted upon arrival.
The property is 8 km, around 30 mins; ~INR 300 for a taxi from Dharamshala Bus Stand.
From Mcleodganj Main Square, start walking along Jogiwara Road. Next to Drumsticks restaurant, climb down the stairs until you see a Zostel Board. Take a right from there to reach the hostel.
Alternatively, you may reach Victoria Guest House and then climb up the stairs until you see a Zostel Board. Take a left from there to reach the hostel.
Guests are required to either climb up or down ~100 steps to reach Zostel Mcleodganj.
Guests can park their vehicles in the public parking lot right above Mcleodganj Bus Station for INR 200/night. The hostel is 300 m from there. The property DOES NOT have a dedicated parking at the property.
The property is 20 km, around 1 hour; ~INR 900-1000 for a taxi from Gaggal Airport.
The property is 200 meters walk from Mcleodganj Bus Stand.
Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
