So many bad ratings i don't know why. But I've had really great experience with this app. Usually the fair is always great in comparison of other travelling apps. I get complimentary snacks and drink whenever I book from this app. I have no idea what's the deal with it. Never tried to reschedule or cancel through the application so i have no idea how that experience will be. But till now it's going great. I hope i won't get any bad experience with it. Peace
