Disappointing Stay Experience

During my last visit in April, I stayed on the first floor and found the service excellent with helpful reception staff. However, this time on the second floor, the experience was terrible. The room was very dirty, infested with cockroaches, and the bathroom was not cleaned well. I informed the housekeeping staff multiple times, but he kept postponing and never returned. When I politely requested a water bottle and shared my concerns, his response was rude and dismissive. Despite staying in many luxury hotels worldwide, I have never encountered such behavior. I urge management to address this issue and properly train the second-floor housekeeping staff in guest service and communication. Although I paid 3000 for three nights, being a foreign guest should not lead to poor treatment or disrespect. I hope the management takes this complaint seriously and ensures all guests receive equal respect. On a positive note, the location is excellent, close to Apollo Hospital.

Apart from the location, nothing meets their claims. Cockroaches are everywhere. There is a smell coming from the bathroom. The balcony was not cleaned for 5 days during my stay. The service quality is very poor.

The rooms were tidy and well-maintained, with excellent service and hospitality. The location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk to Apollo Main Hospital. The room is spacious, suitable for 2 to 3 guests, and the bathrooms are clean, tidy, and large.
