Based on the room cost of 10k, the facilities are pretty basic. In 14k you will get Four Seasons five star luxurous hotel.
Rooms are super small so while they advertise for 2 people its only for 1
We stayed here for 6 nights - a big mistake to make the full booking and payment in advance. Cons below:1. rooms and washrooms are very small - maybe in line with a 6k price but very restrictive for 2 people in room2. You have chawls on both sides so you can’t open your window shades so no natural lighting in room. This was very suffocating and gloomy.This also means that you are exposed to daily loud noises by the chawls every morning.3. Restroom sinks are very small and oddly placed4. We faced several issues with the room - we found bedbugs one day in the room so got the room changed, our bedside table broke in the next room when I leaned on it5. Cleanliness was an issue - attached a photo of a rat we saw in the hotel lobby - quite disgusting. Room cleanliness was also an issue one day, it was fine rest of the days. The hotel has limited staff hours, which is fine but we specifically informed them while leaving that our room needed to be cleaned. Despite this, it was not done, and when we returned at 5 PM, we were told nothing could be done as staff had left.6. We woke up to loud banging noises every morning due to some ongoing wifi work. The hotel didn’t care to inform us of this in advance or while booking.7. Hotel lobby / walkway had an unpleasant odor on most days8. There is no lift so you need to take stairs to the first floor - not an issue for us but keep an eye out for this if you plan to stay.There are some pros though:1. Excellent service and promptness by the bloom staff2. Location in worli is right next to the new metro station + quite accessible3. Daily refreshments by bloom are good
