Pathetic rooms with no working AC, rude behaviour of staffs, no facilities, no cleanliness, broken TV, broken wardrobe, cockroaches everywhere, no room freshner. At last had to check out within few minutes after check in. Still waiting for the refund. Photos shown online are not at all same, in reality it’s totally in bad condition. I don’t know why Agoda has kept that hotel in the list.I want my money back or else I’ve to take further action.

I just entered the room and i did check-out immediately i felt very unsafe here then i entered a room so room is covered with full of dust and bedbugs and cockroaches and unhygienic toilet and bathroom which is in poor condition than a public toilet and the toilet smell covered whole room not able to breath and no ventilation as u can see in the photo fan and AC covered with full of dust if i can even on that where ever i told there’s all covered with dust and you can see bed cover and pillow which smells very bad and sticky if i touch those i have highlighted bedbug and cockroach and unable to touch window its also covered with dust
