I booked this hotel through Agoda without realizing it would be such a wildlife adventure. Our first room was infested with cockroaches everywhere—on the floor, walls, and even the bed. The TV didn't work, there were no basic toiletries, no geyser, and the shower was non-functional. Instead of hot water, they gave us an iron rod, which was quite inventive. We requested a different room and were moved to the third floor since the elevator was out of order. The new room had fewer cockroaches but still no geyser and a problematic shower. The staff's communication was very poor; no one seemed to know what was going on. Every morning someone knocked to remind us to check out, even though we had more days left. One morning at 8 AM, someone came just to collect the iron rod. The funniest part was when a staff member called me downstairs, and I thought it was important, but he just wanted me to leave a review and send him a screenshot. They seemed more focused on getting reviews than cleaning the rooms. If they put half the effort into cleaning as they do into asking for reviews, this place might actually be decent to stay at.

Instead of providing a geyser, the hotel gave us an iron rod to heat the water, which is neither convenient nor appropriate.After we complained that we could not stay in that room, we were shifted to another room on the third floor. However, the lift was out of order, making it difficult to carry our luggage upstairs. Sadly, the second room also had cockroaches. It still had no geyser, and the shower was not functioning properly.There is a serious lack of communication between the management, reception, and housekeeping teams. Calls made to the reception number often went unanswered, and when we contacted another staff member, the information was never passed on. As a result, we received multiple calls about the same issue.Every morning, staff knocked on our door asking us to check out, even though our booking was for a longer stay. On one occasion, a staff member came to our room at 8:00 AM asking to collect the iron rod used for heating water, which was quite inconvenient.The hotel also needs to improve staff behaviour. The person reminding guests about checkout should be more polite and check the booking details before disturbing them.To make matters worse, one evening a staff member called and asked me to come downstairs. When I asked why, he said it was so I could leave a review. I told him I would review the hotel after my stay was over, but despite that, they kept asking us to post a review and even send them a screenshot.The hotel seriously needs to improve its cleanliness, maintenance, communication, and overall guest experience.

Unfortunately, this room also had cockroaches, no geyser, and a faulty shower. Communication among management, reception, and housekeeping was poor; calls to reception often went unanswered, and messages were not passed along, leading to repeated calls about the same issues. Every morning, staff knocked on our door asking us to check out despite our longer booking. Once, a staff member came at 8 AM to collect the iron rod, which was inconvenient. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, communication, and guest experience.

Cleanliness is neglected and no facilities tv, water heater and shower doesn’t work properly and paint of walls comes out from everywhere and very unhygienic
