They converted an apartment building into hotel so don’t expect any facilities. Rooms are old and not much clean.Service is pathetic- they don’t have kitchen to order lunch or dinner, don’t even have fridge or basic needs. Breakfast also they close sharp on time and not even give 5min or provide service once asked.Location might be a but near to offices but opposite side of tech parks and U turns only eat away your time. Since old apartment building, next to all residential area like Oyo rooms.Not at all recommended for business or family , if you are looking for cheap and bachelor then u can adjust.

Room had couple of cockroaches and quilt was very stained, not properly washed. Stay is good, breakfast is good, service is good..Request Rakesh to take care of the issue.

Disappointing Stay Experience

I was on a business trip (solo women traveler) my flight got delayed by 5 hrs due to which it took 2 am to reach this hotel from blr airportI had informed twice to the hotel to make sure someone is available at reception as i was running late. At reception helper boy was sleeping on night duty who had no knowledge of my arrival . He demanded full payment after reaching at 2 am though i requested to wait until tomorrow . Post payment he did not share any receipt of receival & later mentioned that is done at time of exitMy booking was for 2 days standard room queen bed , this guys gave me accommodation to a twin bed saying there are no rooms available and to adjust to itThey did not share the room service number or wifi number even a bottle of water. The sheets were stinky and stained The room floor was dirty The bathroom was uncleanThere were mosquitoes in my roomThe door and windows are paper thin that you can easily hear if someone sneezes or start the tap waterThe accommodation given to me was right above pantry kitchen where i could clanking & cleaning of vessels and floor from 6 am It was one of the most disgusting experience for a women solo traveler midnight .Highly never ever recommendingNot sure why they are under 3star hotel, its like lodging coming under third class service!!!!!!
