Solo Traveller • India • Jan 2025Room was nice and big. But it could be cleaner. When I booked, it said breakfast was included, but no breakfast was given. The lift was not working, had to use stairs. They said yes to late checkout at first, but in the morning they changed their mind. It was just an okay experience, not worth the money.

Solo Traveller • Oct 2024Most rooms no door locks. Room 102 - AC floods room. No door lock. Reception guy changed my room. They didn't charge for mineral water. Dirty linen. No glass for water in room. You need to ask for everything like chair, plate, etc. Reception staff were good.
