A DIY Hotel: You Bring the Plates, the TV, and the HospitaliI recently stayed at Halcyon Hotel, Bengaluru, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely underwhelming and disappointing’something I wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for a decent or even basic hospitality experience.The hotel has an eerie, rundown vibe. The property looks quite old, not in a vintage-charm way, but more like it’s been neglected for a long time. It feels like it hasn’t kept up with modern hospitality standards at all.Room & Facilities:The hall in the room had no TV, non-functional AC, and a fridge that was literally stinking’it was unbearable to even open it.There was a kitchen, but no cutlery, plates, or basic cooking or eating utensils provided. It’s bizarre to offer a kitchen but make it unusable.We requested plates for dinner and were curtly told that ’services are closed post 2230 hrs’’as if asking for plates to eat our own food was an unreasonable demand.The gym was rusty, old, and borderline unsafe to use.The swimming pool was dirty and clearly not maintained’absolutely unusable.No iron board was available.Despite informing the reception about our checkout, no staff came to assist with the luggage.Staff Behaviour: This was perhaps the worst part. The staff was consistently rude, disinterested, and dismissive. Basic courtesy was absent, and even simple requests were met with apathy or cold refusals.In short, the overall experience was well below par’unhygienic facilities, indifferent staff, and a lack of basic amenities. Definitely not worth the money, nor does it offer the comfort or service one would expect at this price point or location.Bottom Line: If you value cleanliness, hospitality, or even basic functioning amenities, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere. This place feels like it’s running on autopilot, and not in a good way.

Very nice place for a family stay, their apartment style hotel is feel at home . Very ideal for 4 member familyRooms were very neat and clean and bed was comfortable to sleep. Their food is good as well. The laundry option is good for longer staysProperty is bit old but maintained well.Overall a a good and safe option for a long family stay in Bangalore

We were surprised to see this Big property in Koramangala.. All the amenities are excellent,We stayed in executive suite room, , it was very spacious and good, pool & gym were decently Good, miss Mary kindly obliged to our room selection,, staff were decent, famous nigt life spots are just walkable from here..Got it on good discounted price through this platform,,,
