A very unsatisfactory stay that does not justify the high cost. The hotel lacks atmosphere and the space does not match its expensive rates. It was undergoing construction during our visit, which was not disclosed in advance and greatly disrupted our experience. The staff were not friendly, and the service quality was low. There was no room service or lunch options, so we had to order food through Swiggy, but deliveries were not allowed to the rooms, causing inconvenience. The breakfast options were very limited and disappointing. Despite many rooms being empty, the management did not offer any room upgrades as a goodwill gesture to make up for the poor service and construction noise. Many guests come here for the well-known Ambrai restaurant, which is indeed very good, but you don’t need to stay at the hotel to enjoy it. For the price we paid, we could have stayed at a well-known branded hotel with better amenities, service, and a more enjoyable experience. I would not suggest staying here.

I recently stayed at Amet Haveli in Udaipur and had a fantastic time. The hotel is located right in the city center, which made it easy to explore all the main sights while still enjoying a calm and relaxing environment. Our room with a lake view was stunning, offering beautiful scenes every morning and evening. The pool was lovely, well-kept, and an ideal spot to relax. What truly stood out was the excellent hospitality from the staff. Special thanks to Mr. Pradyuman Singh Jhala, the manager, who went out of his way to ensure our comfort. He was very welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist. His recommendations for places to visit, activities, and local dining were perfect. He was friendly, cooperative, and genuinely cared about making every guest's experience memorable. His kindness and professionalism made us feel right at home during our stay. Thanks to Mr. Pradyuman Singh Jhala for his dedication and warmth. His hospitality made our trip even better. I highly recommend Amet Haveli to anyone visiting Udaipur and would gladly stay here again.

Stayed at the hotel for two days. The room had a nice view. Food was okay. However, it lacked basic amenities such as a gym, spa, or swimming pool. Since it is undergoing renovation, there was occasional noise.
