Very disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the rude and disrespectful behavior of the staff. They clearly lack basic manners and professionalism when speaking to guests. Instead of listening politely and helping resolve concerns, their attitude was arrogant and completely unprofessional.The service was also not up to the expected standard, and the overall experience was frustrating. A hotel should make guests feel welcomed and respected, but unfortunately, that was missing here.I hope the management takes this seriously and provides proper training to the staff regarding customer service, communication, and basic manners.Overall, a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days during our medical emergency in mahatma Gandhi hospital jaipur.and we enjoy our stay here hotel staff were very polite and friendly.rooms were nice clean and specious .washrooms also were very clean and hygienic. Food quality was amazing. We recommended this hotel for stay .nice experience.

Please I request you all to stay away from all the fake positive reviews. Most of the reviews are either forced or fake. I have recently visited this hotel and had a very bad experience that I have to cancel my Jaipur Trip. Summary of my experiences :-1. Rooms were stinky and smelling bad and also seepage on the walls is clearly seen in the rooms corner. Bed size is too small that even two people can't sleep comfortably.2. If it is non-balcony room, then it will feel suffocating to you. AC in my room was not cooling, I have complained them to either fix the cooling or change the room, they denied it by saying we can't change your rooms, all the rooms are similar. TV was also not working. No action on it.3. Mine room was on 3rd floor, Tap water is very slow that you won't be able to take a shower properly. They don't even provide handwash in it.4. Restaurant food were oily and having no taste and also the price is too high for below average food. They are charging 20 Rs water bottle for 30 Rs.5. They don't allow to park the car inside the premises and only 2-3 car parking space is available outside the hotel premise.6. Hotel staff were rude and arrogant while talking to the visitors which is unacceptable.7. Hotel is far away from the city center in the outskirts that you have to travel around 1-1.5 hour to reach any major destination that is close to city center.Overall this hotel has spoiled our Jaipur trip and we have booked for two days but due to bad experiences , we have checked out early.Hope this review would help innocent visitors who just see high number of good reviews and book the hotel.

He was always courteous, attentive, and ready to help whenever needed, which made my stay even more enjoyable.The hotel staff were very helpful, professional, and friendly.
