We booked the non ac for our stay but the room given to us was one which had no ventilation and in night it was very hot.The noise was throughout the day and wifi network was poor in terms of signal strength and bandwidth.We upgraded our stay to AC as non ac was non bearable due to the terrace heat. the new ac room was given to us on second floor the room was big and spacious.Cons: the AC room bed head was broken and lether were torned.The cockroaches were roaming on the bed and was coming out from broke head sponge(bed head).We washrooms drainge issue, water logging was comming after the shower. The location is not great, there is nothing outside to go out, eat or roam.
There were hairs in grounds, not few, bunch of, and when I said about this the staff was acting defensive instead of cleaning. And there were hairs in bed and pillows, uggh. And blanket towel everything was dirty I threw everything and slept without blanket
