First Of All If You Don't Like The Review I Am Really Sorry. But The Hospitallity Is Very Bad. Even though, I have requested for special request they haven't even provided. I have wrongly placed the next date of my stays so, I was unable to cancel it at moment. So, offline I have booked this venue. Beacause it was not showing in the present date. They even charged extra for the bedsheet which tea stain. And online it was showing including breakfast they said they cannot provide. I was unwell so, I have booked this in near by. I just want half return
I have booked a rom for my International client they are quite satisfied and happy with the services
The lobby is spacious and beautiful, and the check-in process was smooth.That's the only good thing.However, the room was not properly cleaned as there were hairs and dust. The intercom was available, but no contact details for reception, restaurant, or laundry were provided. Also, basic amenities like water bottle, coffee cups, tea/coffee packets, and a toothbrush were arranged for only one person.In the morning around 9:30 am, I received a call saying breakfast would not be available after 10 am. I asked if it could be delivered to my room and was told ’OK, sir,’ but it was never delivered. At checkout, I was informed that breakfast is only served as a buffet and guests must come to the restaurant. When I asked why this was not communicated earlier, it turned into a blame game between the reception and food department.Overall, the property looks good, but the service was disappointing for such a well-known hotel.
