The service and management at this hotel are very poor. They do not take responsibility if a guests belongings are lost.My speaker went missing at their banquet hall, and it contained an important memory card. I immediately informed the staff that my valuable item was missing and asked them to check. The staff assured me that they would investigate, and if the speaker was not found, they would compensate me.The next day, when I called for an update, they told me that nothing was visible in the CCTV footage. When I asked about the compensation they had promised, they completely refused, saying they had no proof and therefore could not pay. They completely changed their statement.This is the worst service I have experienced. I am extremely disappointed with the hotel's unprofessional behavior and lack of responsibility.

This is the worst service I have encountered, and I am very upset with the hotel's unprofessional attitude and lack of accountability.

The restaurant is outstanding, and the service there is excellent. The upkeep of the rooms is acceptable, but the bathrooms are not well maintained. Both rooms and bathrooms are clean. The bathrooms are elevated and require stepping up to enter, which can be challenging for elderly guests. Mr. Deepak at the reception was very courteous and supportive. The senior management should take a greater interest in managing the hotel.
