Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and enjoyed the accommodations.The hotel’s location is excellent, entrance to darbar sahib , nearby providing convenient access to the nearby walking shopping street as well as several high-quality restaurants and cafes. Additionally, I found that the hotel provided all the necessary amenities required for a comfortable stay.Thank you for the great hospitality.
Very good service, helpful staff, hard to find a better location for Golden Temple...
OK, the photos look amazing, but when I got there, I noticed the sheets had stains on them. There are just a lot of small things about the room’s cleanliness that add up and make you feel uneasy overall. The staff, however, is polite and does their best, even trying to get you another room. But don’t expect it to look like the photos.If you’re a non-resident Indian, you’ll understand these kinds of places. If you don’t mind that and can be comfortable, then maybe this place will work for you. But if you want a very clean, comfortable room, I’d suggest looking elsewhere—possibly at a larger global franchise, since there are some nearby.
