Hotel Ivy

I booked a hotel through Booking.com with a check-in time of 12:00 noon, but I arrived at 10:30. I had reserved 2 rooms, and the receptionist asked for 600 per room for early check-in. I was shocked by the arrogance. I understand there might be a charge for checking in 1.5 hours early, but since the room price was 900, asking for 600 as an early check-in fee surprised me due to their behavior.

Avoid staying at this hotel with your family. The air conditioning is broken, and the geyser doesn't work. The hotel staff are unhelpful. The room is dirty, and the manager demands extra charges. There was human hair in the breakfast. Overall, it's a waste of money.

Had a fantastic stay

I visited Hotel Ivy on 16/07/2026, and it was a complete scam. The service was pathetic, and the food prices were almost double the actual value. The quality was so poor that the food was inedible. Regarding breakfast, for two people, they charged almost 190 rs for just 2 pieces of paratha’served with nothing but some mixed pickle and two cups of tea. The room was not good either; the TV wouldn't turn on, the AC remote wasn't working, and the service was absolutely terrible."
