Room facilities were broken most of them. Ac was not working properly, lamps were broken, bathroom window was removed, curtains were not installed properly leaving a lot of exposure, bed was smelly and room felt claustrophobic. Not ideal for women or family

The hotel itself was surprisingly difficult to find, which, in hindsight, was probably the first warning sign. Unfortunately, things didn’t improve once I actually arrived. The facilities are in dire need of an overhaul and, frankly, are nowhere near worth what I was charged.For starters, the AC remote didn’t work at all, leaving me with the rather innovative solution of using the MCB to turn the air conditioning on and off. Not exactly the kind of “smart control” I was expecting.The bathroom was incredibly small, and the window was completely open, with pipes and electrical lines freely accessible from inside the bathroom. This was not only unpleasant but also raised serious concerns about safety and privacy.And then there was the shower. The water fell directly onto the electrical switchboard — which I assume was a very thoughtful design choice, just in case the switchboard happened to be thirsty. Jokes aside, having water splashing onto an electrical panel is an obvious and potentially dangerous safety hazard and is simply unacceptable in a hotel.Overall, the property feels badly overdue for maintenance and refurbishment. The condition of the facilities, the electrical and bathroom setup, and the basic lack of functioning equipment do not justify the price charged. I strongly feel the hotel needs to address these issues seriously rather than expecting guests to pay premium rates while making do with facilities that are clearly in need of attention.
