Cockroaches were present inside the room at different times — morning, afternoon, evening, and even at night. What was particularly disturbing was finding small cockroaches crawling on the bed while I was trying to sleep. I personally had to remove two or three of them.Because of this repeated issue, I would rate the cleanliness only 2 out of 5. I am sharing this review so that future guests are aware of the hygiene issue. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves pest control and room cleanliness.

Not a good experience. Room felt claustrophobic, bed smelled wierd, bathroom window was not there at all.. it was taken off, ac remote was broken and did not operate properly, lamps were broken and not operative, used plates from other room were kept outside but no service staff bothered to pick them up for hours. Not ideal for family or women specially.

Had a bad experience. The room felt very cramped, the bed had a strange smell, the bathroom window was missing completely, the AC remote was broken and didn't work well, the lamps were also broken and didn't function, and used plates from another room were left outside for hours without any staff coming to clear them. Definitely not suitable for families or women in particular.
