Getting to the hotel is extremely difficult. Although it is quite close to the Delhi Railway Station, reaching the property requires walking about 300 meters through narrow lanes. Even autorickshaws cannot reach here.Having luggage makes it especially frustrating, as you will end up having to carry it on your shoulders. Even with rolling trolley bags, pulling them through the filthy, unhygienic streets is a challenge.The room itself was okay, but the room heater was not working. Even though I reported this issue, it was neither fixed nor made functional during my entire two-day stay.Since I booked online via Agoda, I couldn't tell beforehand that the hotel lacked vehicular accessibility; otherwise, I never would have selected it. Had I seen the difficult access, dirty street, and unhygienic surroundings in person, I definitely would not have booked.Warning to travelers: Because even autorickshaws cannot enter the lane, anyone traveling with luggage should under no circumstances book this hotel.

Extremely difficult to access and unsafe for foreign travelersI stayed here for one night, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel, especially to foreign travelers or anyone carrying luggage.The biggest problem is the location and access. The hotel is not directly accessible from the main road. You have to enter through a narrow lane inside a market, then turn three more times, with each lane becoming narrower. I had to ask around 10 people for directions before I finally found the hotel. After going out in the evening, I could not remember the complicated route back and had to ask for directions again.More seriously, when I was walking back to the hotel at night, two stray dogs suddenly rushed at me and tried to bite me. Fortunately, I was carrying my backpack in front of my body, so the dogs bit the backpack instead of me. They then growled at me before eventually leaving. I was very lucky not to be injured. For a foreign traveler unfamiliar with the area, this is a serious safety concern.There were also several issues inside the room. The door did not have an interior latch, so I could not properly secure the room from inside.The hot water was also inconvenient. Every time I wanted hot water, I had to call reception and ask them to turn on the water heater using a switch downstairs at the reception desk.The air conditioner was another issue. It was apparently switched off from downstairs without my knowledge. When the room became uncomfortably hot, I called reception and only then did they turn it back on.The towels were very dirty and should have been replaced.Overall, I found the experience extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable. The hotel may look much better in photographs, but the actual access and surrounding environment are completely different from what a foreign traveler might expect from the listing.I strongly advise foreign travelers not to stay here, especially if you have luggage or are arriving after dark. The complicated access through the narrow market lanes, difficulty finding the hotel, lack of an interior door latch, and the incident with the dogs made this an experience I would not want another traveler to have.
