Here’s a polished version for your hotel review:I am giving this feedback genuinely.1. The bed was in very bad condition. The mattress springs were hurting my back and caused back pain. Even after requesting a change, no one responded properly.2. The room was not cleaned properly.3. The lift was very dirty.4. The furniture is old and poorly maintained.5. Hot water was not available. When I complained, they said it would come after wasting one bucket of cold water. Even after wasting 3 buckets, hot water still did not come. Since I had plans, I had to bathe with cold water.6. The television was not working. On asking, they said it had not been working for the last few days.7. Basic bathing items like soap and shampoo were not provided.8. A dental kit/toothbrush kit was also not provided.9. Most importantly, the AC was not working.Please be careful before choosing this place for your stay.2nd thing, after writing this true facts, they are asking for below details, but in your hotel management has these types of problems then solve it, instead of asking below details. I have also hotel in chennai, Now a days it is very easy to find out, how and when person admitted in our hotel. I stayed at Mukesh Residency in Camp, Pune for 2 days and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was neat and hygienic. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help.The location is excellent, as it is in the Camp area with markets, bus stops, and food options nearby. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. All basic facilities in the room were in proper working condition.Overall, my stay was peaceful and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Mukesh Residency to anyone looking for a clean and budget-friendly hotel in Camp, Pune.Highly recommended!

I had a decent room with no AC.Please be mindful: You do not get hot water through the day. In spite of requesting the hotel manager I didn't get hot water. I was told you'd get hot water only at 6 AM and I'd have to wait till the next day for a bath.It is very easy to miss this hotel's entrance. It has a tunnel like entrance from the synagogue street.

Had a good time at the stay. Needed a room for a few hours during transit and this fit well for me location wise, as well as budget wise. Staff was polite and responsive.
