1/5 – Extremely Disappointing and Misleading ExperienceI strongly advise travelers to avoid this property. The rooms shown on Agoda were completely different from what was actually provided. The photos appear highly edited and do not accurately represent the condition of the hotel. Upon arrival, the property looked nothing like the advertised images.The hotel was operating under the name "OYO Silver Rock," which was different from the name displayed on Agoda, creating further confusion. The room was unclean, poorly maintained, and far below acceptable hospitality standards.To make matters worse, the owner/manager was extremely rude and unprofessional when concerns were raised. The overall atmosphere of the property felt uncomfortable, and I observed activities that made the place seem unsafe and unsuitable for families and genuine travelers.This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The listing is misleading, the cleanliness is unacceptable, and the customer service is terrible. I would not recommend this property to anyone
