My experience at this hotel in Chennai was disappointing. The room lacked cleanliness, the AC was broken, and power outages happened often. Mosquitoes were abundant, making the stay unpleasant. The bedsheets were dirty, and requests to change them were poorly managed. Staff assistance was minimal, and even after reaching out to OYO, the problems remained unresolved. Furthermore, the room's condition was not as depicted in the online pictures. I am sharing this genuine feedback along with actual photos.

The rooms were dirty and infested with cockroaches, not matching the pictures shown on the app. The bed sheets were not cleaned. When I requested a blanket, they didn't have enough and gave me an unwashed bed sheet instead. They don't accept payments made through the Oyo app, only payments at the hotel. Save your money and choose a PG or a different hotel instead of this one.

I booked a night with OAO for RS 789, but when I arrived they asked for RS 1200. It's a scam, don't book here. Very bad service and no safety.

Had a very bad experience, do not stay here. I booked through OYO site but the hotel charged a different price. I faced this issue for 1.30 hours on 17/03/2026. Even now, the bill has not been generated despite my requests. The service is terrible with no response.
