Had a very bad experience staying here. I booked the hotel just to freshen up for a few hours, but it took almost half an hour to get to the place. The map showed a different location, but the actual hotel was a bit farther. The receptionist initially refused to give me a room, saying they were not cleaned yet and would take time. After explaining my situation, he finally handed me a key.

This place perfectly shows how the actual experience can be very different from the pictures on Google Maps or booking sites. The bed was infested with bedbugs and the sheets were old. People hang out in the common area playing loud music like it's normal. The location is awful. I will never book an OYÓ hotel again.
