Hotel Park Tree near IGI Airport Delhi

Toilets and shower not working. Had to leave early morning without getting ready. Really not happy.

I booked your hotel for 28th September 2024. I got room 118 in the basement. The room is very poorly maintained and the service from the hotel staff was very bad. The TV was not working because of unpaid renewal fees, the wall paint is peeling and spreading on the table, floor, and bed. The bathroom sink tap is in terrible condition. The reception staff just listen but no actions were taken. These issues need to be fixed and I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. I really dislike my stay.

We are really disappointed with the services. Where to start? The worst experience in a hotel. We talked to the front office team about early check-in, but they were clueless. They guided us for breakfast but forgot about our room. Mr. Avinash was rude, acting like we weren't paying guests. The food and beverage service was extremely poor. They don't know basic etiquette. When we asked about starters, they kept pushing Hakka noodles. At breakfast, there was no water, and we had to keep asking. It took 25 minutes for a sunny side up, and it was poorly made. Housekeeping was the only good department, but they gave us a room with dirty linens. We asked for a room change, but they said we checked the room before check-in. How are we supposed to check it? Dear owner, please pay attention to your paying guests. Your wealth grows with us. If you and your staff don't value guests, we won't return. This was the worst experience with your staff. They ignore complaints and don't want to improve. They lack hotelier skills and basic human decency.

Great hotel, friendly staff, and good location. Close to main road and just 10 minutes from metro aerocity. Cab service was perfect.

Ac not working here, lights gone for hours, washroom in bad condition.
