Hotel Park Tree near IGI Airport Delhi

Giving one star feels too generous. My experience as a foreign visitor to India was truly terrible. Normally, I don't write reviews like this, but this hotel has really tested my patience. We paid for a room that is nothing like what was shown online, and the staff's response to our complaints only made things worse. The reception staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, lacking basic hospitality skills and treating guests poorly. Instead of helping, they made us feel like the problem. The room was completely different from the listing — no window at all, no views of the city, pool, or river. It felt like we were shown one property online but given a totally different room after paying. The AC was broken, noisy, and leaking water. The TV didn't work despite me calling reception three times for help; one call was even disconnected. The tea kettle was filthy with stains, the bed had nasty stains, the couch had big holes, and there was mold in the room. The ceiling fan was very loose and seemed like it could fall while running. The floor was dirty, and even the lamps were damaged and barely hanging on. This isn't about expecting luxury for a low price — basic cleanliness, working appliances, and safety are minimum requirements. What makes this worse is that we booked based on the photos and info online, which do not match reality. I seriously doubt the authenticity of the photos and ratings online; it seems like the reviews and pictures are AI-generated and fake. I'm extremely stressed. We came expecting a normal stay but got a filthy room, broken equipment, safety issues, and unhelpful reception staff. This is not hospitality, not what was promised, and totally unacceptable. If you plan to book here, check the room carefully before settling in and don't trust the photos blindly. Take photos and videos right away. For us, this has been a miserable experience, and I would never stay here again.

Organized a stay for a family group with kids, and the experience was terrible due to the lady at reception who had the worst attitude and no courtesy. The rooms were awful, and the food quality, including the breakfast, was deceptive and worse than any roadside vendor. The room conditions were below the standard of even a 1-star hotel. Definitely not worth the price we paid.

Stay away from Hotel Park Tree in Mahipalpur, New Delhi, and be wary of discounted deals from EaseMyTrip. I booked this hotel via EaseMyTrip, but the stay was very disappointing and unsafe. Upon arrival, I was initially shown a basement room that was damp, mouldy, and had a strong bad odor. Even the staff member showing me the room admitted it was in poor condition, so I refused to stay there. Then, I was shifted to their other property, Hotel Luxury Stay, about a five-minute walk away. Unfortunately, that room was also unacceptable—dirty, with cockroaches, a broken AC, and no running water in the bathroom. After complaining about the water issue, I was moved to another room that was only marginally better. However, the bathroom was under renovation, lacking a proper ceiling with exposed electrical wires hanging down. Sparks were visible when using the bathroom, posing a serious safety and health risk, and the AC still did not work. This was far below the accommodation standard advertised, and the alternative options were also unsuitable. I strongly advise checking the room before accepting it and avoiding seemingly attractive discounted offers that do not match the actual quality or safety of the property. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend booking Hotel Park Tree or trusting this EaseMyTrip deal.

The air conditioning was not working, the staff were very rude and careless towards customers, the rooms were not as shown, they were smelly and dirty, and the bathroom had no lock.
