There was a water problem and also water tap problem. Staff are not checking if the water tank is empty. We had reported that water is not available at 7.30am morning, but they have arranged water at 11.30am with the help of water tanker. No proactiveness in checking the tank levels and updating the same to tanker people to bring water. Should have accountability to take the complaints from the customers and act accordingly. Staff should improve on this and change their rude behaviour.
Had a very bad stay at this hotel. They charged Rs 2700 but gave a dirty room with a filthy washroom and bedsheets. The staff showed attitude when asked to change them. The comforter was also unstitched and dirty. The wifi didn't work all day; after calling, they fixed it, but later at 1:20 am the power went out. We waited for the generator to start, but after half an hour it still didn't. When we asked, the person said he was trying but couldn't start it. At 2:15 am, he said the generator diesel was empty and he went to get more. I really don't understand the kind of service they provide. I think the management needs to review all the bad feedback and improve their staff and hotel.
