Hotel QInn

I love South India, but this hotel ruined my trip. I had a confirmed online booking for 3 days through my company and arrived at 5:00 AM. Despite the confirmed reservation, they kept me waiting over an hour and only allowed check-in at 6:10 AM. The staff behaved rudely, unprofessionally, and were not helpful. After needless delays, I was assigned a room on the 4th floor. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone. Avoid booking here if you want a smooth stay.

Signature Inn Hotel is an affordable 3-star accommodation close to Majestic Railway Station and Kempegowda Bus Station, ideal for business and leisure guests. It offers comfortable rooms with AC and without AC, free Wi-Fi, and free parking. The hotel features a restaurant and a 24-hour reception. It is about a 5-minute drive from Bengaluru City Railway Station and provides easy access to popular spots such as Cubbon Park, Lalbagh Botanical Garden, and Bangalore Palace.

The room was decent and the bathroom was fairly clean. However, what upset me the most was the attitude of one staff member at the reception, who might have been the owner or just a receptionist, I'm not sure. When I mentioned that the bedsheets were a bit dirty and asked for a change, he initially ignored me and insisted the sheets had already been washed and replaced. When I pointed out the spots on the sheets, he told me I should book a 5-star hotel if I had such issues. I didn't even complain about the room being unclean, just requested fresh bedsheets. His response made me very angry, but I chose to ignore it and went back to my room because I had my SSB the next day and didn't want to cause a scene. Even when traveling third AC on a train, they provide fresh bedsheets if the ones given are dirty, but not this hotel owner.
