Unfair Group Experience

Our group consisted of two male friends and one female friend, with a confirmed reservation for three adults. Two of us checked in initially, but our female friend arrived later due to a delayed flight. Upon her arrival, the hotel refused to let her check in and treated us as if our group was suspicious just because we were two men and one woman. We were simply friends staying for one night before catching our next flight. If the hotel has rules about mixed-gender groups, these should be clearly stated on booking sites before accepting reservations. Instead, after confirming our booking, we were denied accommodation and had to leave. The customer service was very poor, there was no transparency, and the experience was unpleasant. I would not suggest staying at this hotel.
