From the moment you arrive, the staff go out of their way to ensure you have a true 5-star experience, unlike some other hotels in the area. We felt very safe and secure throughout our stay. The value for money, cleanliness, especially in the washrooms, service quality, facilities, and amenities are all excellent. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and always ready to assist. It never seemed like any request was too much—they genuinely care about making your stay memorable. The hotel is child-friendly with very caring and polite staff who behave well. The service was outstanding, with 5-star quality in both taste and presentation. The level of service here is exceptional. We highly recommend this place as it sets the benchmark for luxury hospitality. We will definitely return soon.
