Hotel Sampoorna

Very very bad experience staying here.I have stayed for twice for two different days but they charge whatever they wish and on the situation you are upon.Never ever go to this hotels.Their rooms are very small.Their breakfast is the worst, they donot have salt i guess in their food.Rooms are so old that you feel like bhoot are leaving.The hotel receptionist and manager are worst, they will charge you as per their mood.Please avoid this hotel at any cost and thanks me later

On Friday, 17th April 2026, we had dinner at your hotel.We ordered the following items from the menu:’ Cheese corn balls’Chiken in starter’Paneer in starter the name is not present in menu that was suggested by your team member’Veg amritsari’Butter Naan’Jeera rice’Dal tadkaWe were five members dining together Unfortunately, 3 members have suffered from stomach infection after consuming the food. The symptoms started from Friday night and till date we are not feeling well.This situation is very concerning and disappointing, as we did not expect such an issue from your hotel. I requestyou to look into this matter seriously and take necessary action to ensure food quality and hygiene standards.Kindly acknowledge this communication and look into the matter at the earliest.

Me and my wife stayed in the Hotel from 3rd March to 7th March . Room conditions were awful. First night on 3rd floor a very bad smell start coming early in the morning. On complaint front desk staff changed to 7th floor . From the shower water was just dripping no pressure at all , sink taps were broken , ac and tv were not working , we only stayed because someone recommended it to be near to a wedding venue’but regret it as we had paid the full amount..Only good thing was front desk staff were very friendly and helpful..The worst we saw as we were going to the airport at 10 in the morning and as soon as we opened the door it was like thick disinfectant smoke bomb , we couldn’t see anything and breathe , then they advised us to stay in the room for few minutes and smoke started coming in to the room’It’s all happened without any warning as we were rushing to the airport..Very bad experience to stay in this Hotel..Mr. &Mrs Gurcharan Sagoo

Avinash sir the manager is very mean and disrespectful. He doesn’t co operate and completely defies what Mumbai stands for. If you’re looking for something chill and relaxed this is not the place. Please done go for this place. Also her overcharged and asked for a bribe to get a room when we wanted.
