I frequently stay at Hotel Tulsi Casa during business trips to Bhopal and it is a solid choice for anyone needing to be in the heart of MP Nagar, Zone-II. The location is its biggest strength’it's extremely close to DB City Mall and major corporate offices. The rooms are surprisingly spacious for a budget-friendly hotel and come equipped with essential amenities like food, early checkins, laundry services, room services. While the building is a bit older, the staff is cooperative and the check-in process was seamless. It’s a reliable, value-for-money option for short stays.

My experience at Tulsi Casa Hotel, Bhopal was pathetic and far below acceptable standards, even for an Executive Room.’Room service and kitchen services were forced/compulsory, which is completely unacceptable.’The room condition was terrible ’ it had a strong seepage and damp smell, making the stay uncomfortable.’Cleanliness and maintenance were far below benchmark.’Staff behavior was unprofessional and unresponsive.I have attached images that clearly show the poor condition of the room. This hotel does not deliver what it promises

The worst experience i ever had at any stay. The staff was very rude . I stayed there for official purpose and they considered my organisation as nothing as the staff himself quoted ’We don’t care about anything ’ No respect for customers and their designated. Also rooms were not clean enough for the rates they were charging. I will make sure i will report to my organisation for not conducting any event at this hotel and also suggests the other employees to stay somewhere else who respects you.

Hi,.I have checkin in room no 104. Found Toilet is very dirty. When I call on reception and asked for cleaning he send a house meeting person and he told me It will not clear. Then asked to shift the room. Very bad experience.

No towel and toiletries are provided in the hotel until and unless u call and ask or request for it . Reception team are very impolite they are rude , if you book hotel direct through them they will respect,but if u book hotel through Goibibo they will keep u waiting and will disrespect u saying that you had booked through Goibibo go and ask service from them , they say they don’t want guests booking through Goibibo . Very disrespect full reception people for person booking through Goibibo .
