This place is quite bad overall ’?. The rooms were not good at all, and the service was just as terrible ’?. However, the location is pretty good, which is the only decent thing about it. I wouldn't recommend staying here ’?. The doors carry all the noises inside the room and the house keeping talks in the corridors till 2am. Reception has too much attitude. Room and bathroom extremely small and dirty. Sheets and walls dirty as well. Only veg food is available. You can visit the restaurant for some decent veg food. Hotel is a total waste.

Utsav hotel location is only positive I found .No place outside of hotel for car to stop only narrow road for one car , jam packed and not possible to get any otherParking underground for few cars onlyRooms are very smallIf you book from online portal they cleverly give you standard small roomService is pathetic.
